Wine Making A non-vintage expression built on a base of the 2021 vintage, this cuvée blends Chardonnay (58%), Pinot Noir (41%) and Pinot Meunier (1%) from our Evandale vineyard. Whole bunch-pressed and tank fermented, it underwent full malolactic fermentation and spent 18 months on lees before disgorging.
