Wine Making
Sourced exclusively from the oldest vines on the Lower Barrington vineyard, the Mill Block Pinot represents the pinnacle of the estate. Handpicked, wild fermented with 20% whole bunch inclusion, and matured in French oak (30% new) for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered to retain texture and purity.
