Wine Making Crafted from select parcels across our Lower Barrington and Orielton vineyards, the 2020 Estate Pinot Noir was handpicked, cold soaked for five days, and wild fermented with a small portion of whole bunch (approx. 10%) to enhance perfume and complexity. The wine was matured for 10 months in French oak (20% new) before bottling.
