Wine Making
Crafted using méthode traditionnelle, this vintage cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (42%) and Pinot Meunier (13%) from our Lower Barrington vineyard. Handpicked fruit was whole bunch-pressed, with only free run juice used. After primary fermentation and extended batonnage, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and aged on lees for 48 months.
