James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion Says..
“Compact, juicy and expansive, this single-plot pinot is very good. 15% whole-bunch fruit was used in the fermentation, before 11 months' maturation in French oak. This approach seems to have attenuated and polymerised the tannins, smoothing away any brittle edges. Cherry notes and candied orange rind Amaro, LL dusted with exotic spices, jitterbug about the mouth. There is still grip, though, but it is silk on a sharp spindle.”
