A recent release of this exceptional sparkling wine was crafted from 100% pristine Chardonnay grapes using Methode Traditionelle, including 5 years lees age. It retains incredible freshness along with the understated complexity and finese of the world's finest Blanc de Blancs.
Made using the tradtional method from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir grapes this sparkling has a has a crisp lively palate, fine bead and a gentle salmon blush appearance.
A classic combination of, Pinot Noir (42%), Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Meunier (18%) crafted using the Méthode Traditionelle process, including at 36 months on yeast lees.
