Wine Making
Sourced from estate vines on basalt-rich soils, the 2025 Grazier's Pinot Noir reflects site and vintage. Fermentation was wild, with 20% whole bunch inclusion. The wine was matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak to let the fruit shine.
