Handpicked from our Lower Barrington vineyard, the 2024 Chardonnay was whole bunch-pressed and fermented in a combination of French oak barriques (30% new) and stainless steel to retain purity and balance. Wild yeast fermentation was followed by full malolactic conversion and regular batonnage over 8 months to build texture and complexity.
