Wine Making From a single block on the Lower Barrington vineyard dedicated to the original grazing land of the property. Handpicked, cold soaked for 4 days, then wild fermented with 15% whole bunch to accentuate aromatics. Matured for 9 months in French oak (25% new) before release.
