Wine Making
Crafted from a select parcel in the original Mill Block of our Lower Barrington vineyard, this wine represents the pinnacle of our Pinot Noir expression. Wild fermentation with 25% whole bunch, extended maceration, and 11 months in fine-grain French oak (40% new) deliver depth and finesse.
