This is our first Reserve Chardonnay, born not from a plan, but from what the vintage gave us. A handful of barrels, hand selected for their power and precision, were set aside and given the time and attention they deserved.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermented and matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques, the wine underwent full malolactic fermentation with regular batonnage to build texture and integrate the oak seamlessly.
